What We Collect
When you use Make It Legit, we may collect:
- Your email address (only if you voluntarily provide it)
- Your state and county selection
- Your approximate wedding date (if you provide it)
- Your checklist data (which items apply to you)
We do not collect payment information. We do not require an account.
How We Use It
We use your email address solely to:
- Send you a copy of your marriage license checklist
- Send up to two timing reminder emails before your apply-by date
We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Storage
Your data is stored securely on Supabase servers located in the United States. Email delivery is handled by Resend. Both services are subject to their own privacy policies.
Retention
We retain your email and checklist data for up to 12 months after your wedding date, after which it is deleted. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us.
Unsubscribe
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Click it to stop receiving emails from us. You can also email us at hello@makeitlegit.app to request removal.
